LEISURE CLUB RULES

GENERAL:

1)Guests on sign in agree to all adhere to Club rules .

2)Management reserve the right to ask guests to leave the facility for breach of rules, or conduct which, in the management’s opinion, is damaging to the character or interests of the club or offensive to other members, guests or staff.

3)Guests must advise staff of any personal current disability including but not limited to blindness, deafness, heart condition, epilepsy etc. prior to using the facilities to help to avoid accidents or injuries to themselves or others.

4)Whilst using the facilities all guests accept responsibility for their own state of health and physical condition.

5)guest’s behaviour in the club must not constitute a safety or security hazard to themselves or others.

6)The Celtic Royal Hotel’s liability for damage or loss to guest’s property is strictly limited to any damage or loss suffered as a direct result of negligence by the proprietors or staff.

7)No pets are permitted into the club.

8)Entry to the club is permitted only at the club reception entrance.

9)Management may withdraw at any time all or part of the facilities for any period of time if it is deemed necessary for repair, maintenance, alteration or for safety reasons or alternative use.

10)Vehicles must be parked correctly in a bay in the car park and signed in at reception. No liability is accepted for any loss or damage to vehicles or property left solely at the owner’s risk.

11)All bags and outdoor clothing must be left in the lockers provided.

12)No glass is permitted in any area of the leisure club. Guests are permitted to bring a plastic bottle for drinks.

13)No food is permitted poolside.

14)Any breach of rules may result in guests being asked to leave.

GYM:

1)Swim and Dine Guests may not access the Gym

POOL:

1)Appropriate swimming attire must be worn in the pool area.

2)Please shower before entering the pool area and before and after using the sauna and steam room.

3)Please read and observe all notices displayed in the pool area.

4)Do not enter the pool under the influence of alcohol, drugs or immediately after a heavy meal. Alcohol or drugs are not permitted anywhere in the facilities – anybody thought to have consumed alcohol or taken drugs will be refused entry.

5)Jumping and diving into the pool is not permitted.

6)Running poolside is not permitted.

7)Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the sauna or steam room.

8)No phones or electronics are permitted poolside.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:

Our liability to compensate you in the case of loss of damage other than death or personal injury is limited to a reasonable amount having regard to such factors as to whether the damage was due to a negligent act or omission by us. If any personal property is found please hand it in at the reception. Any property which is not claimed within 28 days will be donated to a worthy charitable cause.
